Underbody Rust Protection is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. Oak Ridge manufactures the Flak Jacket polyurea line along with OR93BL, 7001 primer, and Repel Gel, and supplies applicators, fleets, and restoration shops across the country.
The vehicle side of the business is where we get the most argumentative questions, and we like that. Owners who have been burned by rubberized undercoating that cracked off, or by a drop-in liner that rusted the bed underneath it, arrive skeptical of every claim — including ours.
So we try to be specific rather than enthusiastic. Where a creeping oil does something polyurea cannot — blind cavity coverage, self-healing — we say so. Where a drop-in is cheaper and the truck is on a short lease, we say that too. What we will not do is pretend a soft, unbonded coating is protecting steel it is not bonded to.
We ship material nationwide, run fleet and wholesale programs, and refer single-vehicle work to applicators by region.

Fleets: the best programs coat units on intake, at upfitting, before the first winter. Per-unit pricing, scheduled throughput, and a written spec your shop or your vendor can follow. Tell us your unit count and replacement cycle and we will build the numbers with you.
Body shops, upfitters, and bed liner shops: underbody protection is a natural attachment to work you already do, and it uses the same rig as bed liners. Wholesale pricing, spec support, and referrals from this and our other sites.
Thinking about adding a rig? Vehicle work is the most common entry point into polyurea, and we will talk you through equipment and realistic throughput before you commit capital. We do not sell equipment, so the advice is not conflicted.
Private label: Flak Jacket and the rest of the Oak Ridge line are available under the WatchGuard brand for shops and distributors running their own identity.
